Recently the Eastern spiced tea known as Chai has become very popular in the US, and for good reason! “Chai” is simply the word for tea in South Asia, but it has come to mean sweetened spiced tea here in the United States. Our version is based on a traditional recipe from India, to which we’ve added a delicious hint of vanilla. The blend is also excellent for adding a touch of the east to your morning coffee, or use it to spice Middle Eastern pastries. Hand mixed from: sugar, cardamom, cloves, China cinnamon, vanilla, Tellicherry black pepper.
People who know nothing about cheeses reel away from Camembert, Roquefort, and Stilton because the plebeian proboscis is not equipped to differentiate between the sordid and the sublime.
