Chesapeake Bay Seasoning
Chesapeake Bay Seasoning contains about 20% less salt than standard seafood seasonings and is quite nice on virtually any type of fish or seafood. Due to the complexity of its ingredients, it also blends well in seafood cocktail or barbeque sauce, or on top of poultry or beef.
Traditionally used on Maryland Blue Crab, this seasoning is wonderful sprinkled on any type of whitefish, shrimp, or shellfish. It's also a delicious seasoning for fish soups and chowders.
