Green onion flakes add a nice color and flavor to any dish. These are the dried green part of the scallion. They are nice for both their flavor, which is quite similar to chives, and their appearance, which makes an attractive garnish for casseroles, vegetable dishes such as potatoes au gratin, and fish.
There is no sight on earth more appealing than the sight of a woman making dinner for someone she loves.
