Caraway seed in on the shopping list for most of our German customers.
This traditional taste is used in sauerkraut, coleslaw, goulash, stews, cheese, rye bread, seed cake, pork roast, and fish & shrimp boil.
For Black Caraway Seeds, please see Charnushka.
