Espresso Powder
After trying several different varieties of powdered instant espresso we found this spray dried product to be the best. It has an intense, rich, coffee flavor and dissolves easily in hot and cold liquids. Use 1% by volume in liquids for espresso beverages. Small amounts of espresso powder will enhance chocolate flavors in brownies, cakes, cookies and other desserts without adding a significant coffee taste. Adding more will also give a boost to coffee flavored desserts. Always use when making tiramisu.
