Delicious maple syrup, dried and ground into a granule, this maple sugar is good on pretty much everything.
From our home state of Wisconsin, this product is tapped from the maple trees, dried into a concentrate and then ground into a powder form. It is useful in baking, and great for use in marinades and barbecue sauces. Sprinkle it over toast, waffles, or pancakes for a real treat!
Once fire was discovered, the instinct for improvement made men bring food to it. First to dry it, then to put it on the coals to cook.
