A great way to add smoke flavor without the fire. This blend is very strong, and a little bit will go a long way.
This is a natural smoke flavor on a dendritic (fine) salt base. It is ideal for people who own dehydrators or want to make their own jerky. Also imparts a nice smoky flavor when added to barbeque sauce, soups, cheese dips, nut meats, gravy, stuffing. Good for seasoning a traditional Southern-style ham or pork roast.
