Details

Our Marrakesh Market Blend was created at the special request of Chicago's Field Museum of Natural History. The subtle balance of exotic sweet spices and savory herbs quickly became a customer favorite. It is delicious in roasted vegetables, rice pilaf, couscous, and grilled fish or chicken. This Moroccan spice mixture is also wonderful on sweet potatoes and winter squash. This blend was previously called 'Moroccan Spice Mixture.' Ingredients: Spices, paprika, kosher salt, cane sugar, turmeric, arrowroot, parsley.

My favorite spice!!!

This spice medley is fantastic!!! I use it regularly on roasted vegetables but am confident it would taste equally wonderful on meat and poultry, and many side dishes, such as potatoes or rice. I’ve also used it in my homemade lentil soup, which was regularly well-received even before I added “MMB.” But this spice takes it to a new level!!!

Awesome mix!

I have used the Marrakesh Market Blend on chicken and vegetables in my recipe for sheet pan chicken and it was so tasty. Also used it on baked cod, what a great new way for us to eat fish. I did sprinkle some on my brown rice, so delicious.

Great blend

Very good without onion or garlic that I can’t eat!

This reminds me of my trip to Morocco.
The blend is not overwhelming but not subtle, either. It's just right.
