Pepper-shallot seasoning is an all-purpose seasoning good on steaks, hamburgers, fish, egg, and vegetables.
This simple but tasty mixture is rich in shallot flavor. Shallot-pepper makes a wonderful seasoning veal or pork cutlets, home-made salad dressings. Pepper and shallots are a good blend that isn't too intense. It won't overpower the beautiful flavors inherent to your high-quality food ingredients.
Hand mixed from: Tellicherry pepper, Kosher flake salt and freeze-dried shallots.
I never drink water. I'm afraid it will become habit-forming.
