Peppermint Extract
Peppermint extract is especially useful at Christmas time. We received many requests for this hard-to-find item from people making their own candy. Peppermint extract is extremely strong, so only a drop is necessary to flavor any cake or donut icing. This extract is useful in dessert sauces and in flavoring homemade ice cream or frozen yogurt.
During the cold winter months, add a drop of peppermint flavor to your hot cocoa!
