This classic French country dish can be an easy, one-pot dish or a complicated, use-all-the-dishes-in-the-kitchen extravaganza, but either way, it's delicious.
We've created a savory blend of herbs that's perfect for any vegetable dish, including a quick and easy ratatouille. Shake this onto your veggies at the beginning of cooking, or as a garnish right before serving. Also great to spice up bland soups and tomato sauces.
