Bavarian Seasoning, like our home in Milwaukee, resonates with German heritage! To us, it always brings back memories of Sunday dinners at Grandma’s house.
Rich with sage and mustard, this wonderful is a spice blend for Bavarian style roast turkey or Cornish hen. It also makes a delicious traditional English leg or rack of lamb.
This seasoning is great for slow-roasted ribs or chops. Use 1-2 teaspoons per pound of meat.
Hand mixed from Bavarian-style crushed brown mustard, French rosemary, garlic, Dalmatian sage, French thyme and bay leaves.
We owe much to the fruitful meditation of our sages, but a sane veiw of life is, after all, elaborated mainly in the kitchen.
