We take fine, high-grade fluer-de-sel sea salt and blend in our Herbs de Provence to create a subtly flavored, aromatic salt. The delicate flavor of the lavender in the classic French herb blend is is a perfect compliment for the hint of floral scent in the fluer-de-self. Use as a substitute for ordinary salt anywhere you'd like a bit more flavor, or use as a rub on pork roast, beef tederloin, seared tuna, or roast vegetables.
I never drink water. I'm afraid it will become habit-forming.
