Singapore Steak Spice is a very flavorful pepper, lemon, and curry combination that gives an exotic Asian tang to fish, chicken, eggs, vegetables, pork chops, steaks, or burgers.
Shake on heavily for great flavor, about 1/2 teaspoon per pound of meat. Singapore spice is also a nice seasoning for stir fry, potato or pasta salad. For yogurt marinade, mix 1 tablespoon per cup of yogurt. Try mixing it with sour cream for a new vegetable dip. Yum!
Hand mixed from: black pepper, salt, sweet curry, lemon peel, citric acid, granulated garlic, granulated onion, and sugar.
Sourdough bread is much overrated and is difficult to perfect at home.
