Sunny Paris is an exquisite seasoning that's rich in very expensive freeze-dried shallots, which seem to create a salt-like satisfaction to the taste buds. Add in the Mysore green peppercorns, some top-quality French herbs, and we blend up a premium seasoning which, even though a bit more expensive, has a loyal following among our customers.
The lighter, more delicate nature of this seasoning makes it fabulous for fish. We especially love it on fresh lake perch, seafood, vegetables of any sort, baked chicken, omelets and other egg dishes, and potatoes. Try it in chicken, tuna, or shrimp salads, or mix it with sour cream for dip or baked potato dressing.
Hand mixed from: freeze-dried shallots, ground Mysore green peppercorns, dill weed, freeze-dried scallions, French basil, French tarragon, French chervil, finely minced parsley flakes, and ground Muntok white pepper.
Because of the delicate, hygroscopic (absorbs moisture and clumps easily) shallots this blend is sold in jars only.
