Love to put this in my scrambled eggs. Also good in salads and on chicken pieces that are then roasted in the oven.

Excellent spice

The Parisian shallot spice mix is right on. Flavorful with a hint of shallot. I used it on eggs and noodles. I’ve sprinkled it on beef and pork before roasting. I’ll be keeping this one in my spice cupboard.

Parisian Shallot Herb Blend - for more than just egg salad!

The best- I had a chicken breast leftover from dinner and chopped it up for lunch with celery, pecans and dried cranberries - I made "sauce" for it with a little mayo the parisian Shallot Herb blend and some lime juice - awesome!
