Back of the Yards Cornbread Muffins Recipe
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup cornmeal
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 heaping teaspoon Back of the Yards Garlic Pepper Butchers Rub
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
Preparation Instructions
Stir together dry ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Make a well and pour in beaten egg, oil, honey, and milk. Stir until just combined. Fill 6 muffin cups 2/3 full and bake at 400 for 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into a muffin comes out clean.
