Curried Fruit Notes
We aquired this recipe from one of our Milwaukee customers.
Ingredients
- 16 oz pineapple chunks
- 16 oz pears
- 16 oz peaches
- 16 oz pitted sweet cherries
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
Preparation Instructions
Arrange fruit in a baking dish. Melt the butter and brown sugar and curry powder. Mix well. Pour the curry mixture over fruit, evenly. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
