Serve with Hungarian Chicken Paprikash.

Put dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix with a fork. Add butter and flour. Mix with your hands. Drop 1/4"-1/2" strips (or size of a tsp balls) into a large pot with boiling water. Do about 20-30 at a time. Dumplings will be cooked when they rise to the top of the water.
