No Cook Peanut Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup hot water
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
  • 1 bunch green onions, diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
Serves / Yields

2/3 cup

Preparation Instructions

Mix all and serve.

Helpful Hints

Pour this sauce over pasta and serve hot or cold. Use as a dipping sauce for anything. Can be used as a marinade.

This recipe can be vegan or not, depending on what peanut butter and soy sauce you choose. Look for natural peanut butter (often just plain ground peanuts) and soy sauce that is not processed with animal products.
