Lemon Thyme
Lemon Thyme is a hybrid thyme that has a citrusy, flowery nature, which gives this small leaf a very different dimension. It blends nicely with chicken, fish, salad dressings and a variety of sauces and vegetables.
Lemon thyme would not categorically take the place of regular thyme in a recipe, because it is so different in flavor compenents. However, it's perfect for any dish you would usually use both thyme and any citrus flavor blend.
