Green Harissa - Traditional Moroccan Green Pepper Sauce
Harissa is used as an everyday condiment in Morocco and North African, added to dishes from breads to eggs to grilled meats. This green harissa is made to be less pasty than most Moroccan harissas, perfect for drizzling onto any dish or using as a dip. It has a sweetness from the bell peppers, heat from chilies, and a delightful fragrance of Moroccan cumin. Creator Mina Kallamni says that red and green harissas can be used interchangeably, depending on personal preference, but that she especially likes the green harissa with grilled meats.
