Lake Shore Drive Seasoning is our best seasoning for fish or vegetables. This blend is known as Fox Point Seasoning in our original Milwaukee Spice House location.

Beautiful, scenic Lake Shore Drive displays a cornucopia of both man and nature’s most inspiring achievements. A palette of colors in the many green parks found along the shores of Lake Michigan and a wonderful variety of architecture, eclectically mixed from many periods of design.

We created this seasoning to emulate the area’s greenery with chives, scallions and freshly-ground green peppercorns. We brought in the sparkle and luxury of the area with lots of elegant, hand-grated shallots. To round out the blend and give it an all-purpose fortitude, we mixed in salt, onion and garlic powder. Lake Shore Drive is our very best seasoning for fish of all varieties.

For tasty vegetable or chip dip, mix 2 teapsoons seasoning with 1 cup fresh sour cream or yogurt. Use it to season sauteed or steamed vegetables. Sprinkle it on corn-on-the-cob instead of salt. Lake Shore Drive Seasoning is a "must" for omelets. Add it to chicken for a subtly sophisticated seasoning. Try it with shrimp or tuna salads, baked or broiled fish, and chicken soup.
