Northern Style Barbeque Seasoning is sweet and spicy, without being hot. It has a rich, savory flavor that's perfect for the whole family.
Use this blend for making homemade bbq sauce, or rubbing directly onto meat before grilling. Use 1 teaspoon per pound of meat as a dry rub, or 2 tablespoons per cup of ketchup or tomato sauce to make a BBQ sauce.
Hand mixed from paprika, salt, sugar, Jamaican allspice, nutmeg, Tellicherry black pepper, garlic, cinnamon, and thyme.
