Northern Style Barbeque Seasoning is sweet and spicy, without being hot.
It is the perfect blend for making homemade bbq sauce, or rubbing directly onto meat before gilling. Use 1 teaspoon per pound of meat as a dry rub, or 2 tablespoons per cup of ketchup to make a sauce. Hand mixed from paprika, salt, sugar, Jamaican allspice, nutmeg, Tellicherry black pepper, garlic, cinnamon, and thyme.
