Thyme is one of the oldest cultivated herbs, used in the cradle of civilization. Today its hearty taste is common in everyday cooking. Thyme is added to soup, stew, clam chowder, stuffing, gumbo, hearty sauces, roast chicken or pork and many vegetable dishes. If you bought our organic thyme in the past, this product is just a bit different, as our normal high quality crop is domestic. Thyme usage has grown dramtically in this past year, consequently the crop supply did not meet the demand, forcing us to look out of the country for organic thyme. Come May we will hope to replenish our supply with a new domestic crop.
