Our organic thyme is darker than our traditional Mediterranean thyme, with a fresher and smoother flavor. Thyme is one of the oldest cultivated herbs, used in the cradle of civilization. Today its hearty taste is common in everyday cooking. Thyme is added to soup, stew, clam chowder, stuffing, gumbo, hearty sauces, roast chicken or pork and many vegetable dishes.
