Pumpkin Pie Spice
Pumpkin Pie Spice is all the spices you need for your pumpkin pie, freshly ground and mixed together at The Spice House.
We use only the highest quality ingredients in this fine baking blend. Use 2-3 teaspoons per 9-inch pie. In addition to pumpkin pie, this blend enhances any type of vegetable bread, including pumpkin or zucchini bread. Carrot cake, banana bread, fruit tarts or muffins, coffee cakes, fruit pies, sweet potato or winter squash pie, and spice cakes are all greatly enhanced with this versatile baker's spice blend. Use about 1/2 teaspoon per cup of batter. Pumpkin pie spice is very nice sprinkled lightly over French toast. In the fall and winter, when squash is abundant, try this spice blend in your baked squash dishes and soups. Hand mixed from: sweet China cinnamon, Jamaican allspice, powdered cassia buds, ground nutmeg, ginger powder, ground mace, and ground Ceylon cloves.
