Smoke House Seasoning is Old Virginia style -- hickory taste with full, rounded flavor. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon per pound for chicken, chops, ribs, or steaks.
Ingredients: Kosher coarse flake salt, paprika, ground celery seed, hickory smoke salt, garlic and onion powders, sugar, Tellicherry pepper, turmeric, sweet curry powder, ground caraway seed, ground dill seed, powdered bay leaf, fenugreek, ground thyme, savory, basil, marjoram, tarragon, chervil, parsley, rosemary, and dill weed.
