This is the smoked variety of our popular Maldon English Sea Salt. It has delicate pyramid flakes, which can be crushed in your fingers for control of flake size, and a smoky flavor that's just strong enough to give a hint of smoke to foods. Use as a finishing salt on seafood, grilled meats, devilled eggs, or anywhere a hint of smoke is needed.
