Chicago Old Town Premium Spiced Sugar is a delightful variation of our hand-made vanilla sugar—for a more sophisticated taste.
We start with our vanilla sugar and add freshly ground China cassia cinnamon along with fragrant ground cardamom. Use it anywhere you might add vanilla sugar, and you’ll simply get more depth and complexity of flavors. In the Middle East, they flavor their coffee with cardamom; we think of this as our Western variation. Perfect in coffee and tea; absolutely addictive on cinnamon toast!
