Our vanilla sugar is slightly stronger than most commercial vanilla sugars, as it is made with both beans and extract. Besides baking, sprinkle it on toast, fruit, hot cereals, in tea, cocoa, or coffee.This vanilla sugar is used as a base to make our Lavender-Vanilla Sugar and our premium Spiced Vanilla Sugar.

I absolutely love the way this smells - I will sometimes open the jar just to take a whiff. It's become my go-to in my cup of after-dinner tea, only slightly ahead of the chai spices.

I use it on scones, muffins and cobbler. Very very good.

I use this on my morning coffee. Top my coffee with cream, a little vanilla powder, and then a sprinkle of Vanilla bean sugar.
I don't stir it into my coffee, but let it sit on top. Wonderful. my son stirs it into his. To each his own. The flavor is light and not too overwhelming. Love it.
