European Peppercorn blend mixes two peppercorns most favored in European kitchens. It is made with our finest vine-ripened Tellicherry whole black peppercorns and Muntok whole white peppercorns.
White peppercorns come from the same plant as the black, but have had the sharp black outer skin soaked off. This gives them a mellow, slightly fermented flavor that goes wonderfully with meat dishes and strong flavors. The sharper, fruiteir Tellicherry adds a bright note, making this blend of peppers perfect for all cooking styles.
What I say is that, if a fellow really likes potatoes, he must be a pretty decent sort of fellow.
