
Pepper-Crusted Beef Tenderloin with Horseradish Sauce
This lovely pepper blend adds great color and depth of flavor to any dish, whether used whole or ground fresh. The sharp heat of the black pepper is tempered by the crispness of the green pepper and the mellowness of the white, with a sweet topnote from the pink berries. Great as a table pepper to complement any dish. Pink peppercorns are in the same family as cashew and mango trees, and may trigger an allergic response. Due to the fragile nature of pink peppercorns, we strongly recommend purchasing and storing Peppercorns Royale in jars. Ingredients: Peppercorns, pink pepper (contains tree nuts).
