Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cookies
For half a century, Vietnamese cinnamon was extremely hard to find in the United States. We grind the Vietnamese Cinnamon bark in house, and it produces a dark, rich cinnamon with quite a bit of spiciness. We love this cinnamon in sweet baking recipes where cinnamon is the starring flavor, especially cinnamon rolls, French toast, and apple pie. It’s by far our cooks' favorite cinnamon. Ingredients: Cassia cinnamon.

I use Back of the Yards Garlic Pepper on almost everything. It's great on meat, eggs and veggies. Adds a nice addition to the flavors of the foods.
My new favorite blend is the Vulcan's Fire Salt. So good and spicy. Right now it is my preferred salt for all savory dishes.
Cinnamon is one of my favorite spices, and since trying Saigon Cinnamon a number of years ago it is the only cinnamon I use.
One of the most fragrant and intense cinnamon I have ever purchased. Love it so much.
This is my favorite cinnamon so far that I’ve tried from TSH. It has a wonderful fragrance is has the best flavor all around. I’ve tried the Korintje Cinnamon, and while it’s alright, it doesn’t seem to have the warmth or rich flavor that this cinnamon does.
