Argentine-Style Grilled Eggplant
Greek oregano is bright and sweet tasting with lemony overtones, and is a flavor we often associate with Italian cooking. Its clean, mildly citrus notes blend nicely with any Mediterranean cuisine. It was hardly used in this country until after World War II, when many returning GIs who had been stationed in Italy yearned for the pizza they had eaten during the war. Ingredients: Oregano.

I always liked oregano without ever knowing about its origin. Once I discovered this Greek Oregano I never looked back. Best of the best.
Was looking to get that authentic flavor that we find in Greek Gyros ... this was it!
I used mine in a marinade for lamb chops prior to broiling.
