This is in part due to the drying process used in California – thanks to their technique, the fresh, sweet basil flavor and the vivid green color is maintained beautifully. Stored properly in a dark, dry area, these large leafy flakes will maintain their strong flavor and freshness for months. Ingedients: Sweet basil.

Love basil, use it three or four times a week in one pot meals and soup.
