Chef Clay’s Vegetarian Moroccan Stew
Named for the Roman god of fire and alchemy, this blend incorporates both of these traits. If there was an ingredient analogous to the alchemist's stone, in the food world, it would have to be salt, for it is in virtually every savory dish. Salt transforms your results. It draws out flavors that you would not have noticed without it. This salt goes further than that, because of its other ingredients that add a fiery kick to anything you shake it on. It is such an all-purpose blend that we put Vulcan's Fire Salt right next to our salt and pepper on the kitchen table.
Salt, spices, garlic, chile paste (vinegar, chiles, salt), shallots, lime juice powder (corn syrup, lime juice, lime oil), paprika.
This has a great combination of spice and tang that I love. I routinely mix this is to frittata I make every week and it makes it that extra but amazing!
Great on eggs, popcorn and vegetables. Just enough heat.
This is by far the best hot salt I've had and I've gotten over a dozen. Glad I got th 8oz. Bag. Worth the money!!!!
Awesome stuff.
I LOVE this and have used it a lot. It has a good flavor and it's a little hot but not the kind of hot that lasts. It's delicious on wings. I will keep this on hand both for the flavor and the hot kick.
