SO GOOD!
My husband uses this on EVERYTHING to add an extra kick. He even uses it on popcorn. I highly recommend this if you like some spicy in your food.
Named for the Roman god of fire and alchemy, this blend incorporates both of these traits. If there was an ingredient analogous to the alchemist's stone, in the food world, it would have to be salt, for it is in virtually every savory dish. Salt transforms your results. It draws out flavors that you would not have noticed without it. This salt goes further than that, because of its other ingredients that add a fiery kick to anything you shake it on. It is such an all-purpose blend that we put Vulcan's Fire Salt right next to our salt and pepper on the kitchen table. It is especially good on your morning eggs, putting some heat to your garlic bread, and making an amazing Bloody Mary. Ingredients: Salt, spices, garlic, chile paste (vinegar, chiles, salt), shallots, lime juice powder (corn syrup, lime juice, lime oil), paprika.

This seasoning is amazing. It is packs an alluring smokiness with just enough heat to enliven any dish. We have put it on everything from pizza to roast pumpkin dishes (and as suggested fried eggs and popcorn) and found it elevated it all. The best part is that the salt in this seasoning actually enhances the flavors in each dish rather than just giving everything the same flavor - which would get boring.
I plan on getting a salt cellar or something similar to allow for easier access and handier deployment.
If you like heat, this will become your favorite spice. It is already a staple in my kitchen. Not too salty, quite hot but not overwhelming, just so good!
I ordered the vulcan’s fire salt on a whim several years ago and it’s a staple in many of my recipes that “ needs a little something “. I have three daughters that are hooked on it now too . Just a little pinch adds a lot of flavor. I love it on my popcorn also !!
I use this stuff as a finishing salt/spice. I love that little bite it gives and will probably be using it in some of my hot sauces in the near future. Already thinking up more ways to utilize it in a new recipe. Tasty.
