I had some beautiful tuna steaks. I put this around the sides and seared them and cut in thin strips. It was the most delicious meal ever! Highly recommended

I tried this with salmon at the suggestion of another reviewer and now it's my favorite way to eat salmon. I have yet to try it on any other meat because I used the whole thing on salmon! I make a marinade with olive oil, brown sugar, tamari, and the Argyle Street blend, keep it in the fridge overnight and cook in the oven the next day. Delicious.
Nice blend. Good alternative to using Chinese 5 spice.
