
Singapore Noodle Fusion
This Vietnamese-Inspired blend draws in all areas of the palate with citrus flavor up front, followed by the warm pungency of ginger; leading to a hint of bitter herbs, then the heat of the chilies emerges. Quickly flash-fry this blend in oil to begin a great stir-fry, or use it as a nice addition to cold pasta or noodle salads. It’s also wonderful for encrusting chicken or fish before baking, to season sushi and spring rolls, or on steamed vegetables. Ingredients: Sesame, garlic, ginger, coriander, lemongrass, kosher salt, onion, pepper, cilantro, chiles, parsley.
