
Calypso Pork Tenderloin
The chiles in this Caribbean Citrus Chile Blend are mild, but heat lovers will enjoy how the blend tastes with fresh hot peppers. This seasoning is great for pork, chicken and nearly all varieties of fish. It is also a favorite on grilled duck breast. Add it to salsas and mango chutney to bring both to zingly life. Ingredients: Orange peel, kosher salt, spices, lemon peel, lime peel, citric acid.
Love this spice on roasted chicken or pan fried salmon.

Whether roast whole chicken, hand cut planks or turkey cutlets, this is a great seasoning. Don't let the "chili" kid you, the citrus is the major taste signiture; it's not 'hot' at all.
This blend is so delicious. Slightly spicy, bright and citrusy, and wonderfully complex. I really like it on chicken, fish, and rice, but you can use it on just about anything if you don’t know what else to use. It pairs really well with the Florida Citrus Pepper, but it’s flavor is distinct. This one is a staple in my pantry, and one of my all time favorites.
Great on fish and chicken , it got a nice spice mixed with citrus and salt I usually mix this with Mexican chili lime seasoning and I make rub with fresh lemon slices. And Bake. Or make homemade BBQ rubs. if you want different flavor and like citrus and a little heat. try this. I always blend my spices.
