This simple, yet classic seasoning is good for fried fish, grilled chicken wings, steaks or hamburgers or salads.For the marinade, mix about 1 tablespoon spice with 1/2 cup oil and 1/2 cup vinegar. Pour it over a whole chicken and marinate it overnight before cooking. Try substituting various liquids and oils to provide interesting variety! To use as a dry rub seasoning, just sprinkle on 1 teaspoon per pound of meat before grilling. Ingredients: Kosher salt, lemon, garlic, ginger, cloves.

I tried this on a grilled rotisserie chicken,, it was some of the best chicken we've had in a while. Had to try it on a vertical roasted chicken.
We have been so tired of chicken, this is such a good seasoning for whole chickens. going to be a weekend thing, roast chicken.
This has a lovely flavor, but when I used it on chicken, I found that it didn't have quite the kick that I expected, having lemon in it. It does have a lovely flavor, just not what I was expecting.
I love this blend! I use it on fish, poultry and veggies to add great flavor. I have purchased it several times and always want to have it on hand!
