The Spice House started in Milwaukee in 1957. Many of our first blends were named after the vibrant and wonderful neighborhoods of Milwaukee. When we expanded to Illinois in the 1990s, we developed new blends to celebrate the rich culinary traditions of Chicago. The Spice House is built on the blends in this collection.
