About This Spice

Poles and Polish-Americans are one of the largest ethnic groups in Chicago and make enormous contributions to the city's history and culture. We designed this seasoning to honor that heritage. Classic Old Country flavors like paprika, garlic, marjoram and the rich aroma of smoke are reminiscent of Polish cooking's hearty flavors.

Greatest Spice Ever!!!

This is hands down the best spice I've ever used. I have a Traeger and typically pair this flavor with the hickory pellets. I put this on literally every type of meat! Steak, chicken, ribs, etc. All our guests are always blown away with the flavor. I gave some to my neighbor, he used it on his normal grill and called me the next day to find out where he can buy it. Don't hesitate, you will not regret it!
