Smoke's transformational effect on food is as wondrous as fire itself. Not all of us have a chance to share an actual smoke-house experience though, so we’ve infused the woodsy, rich, and sweet notes that patient smoking adds to food into some of our favorite hand-blended seasonings. You will also find a more than a few spices that encapsulate smoke’s flavor during their curing process. Black cardamom, chipotle chile peppers, and Hawaiian kiawe-smoked sea salt are just a few examples.
