Maldonn smoked salt flakes are cold smoked over oak and other sustainable hardwoods to yield a smoky, brittle pyramid of slat that can be used as a finishing salt on seafood, grilled meats, deviled eggs, or anywhere a hint of smoke is needed. Maldon salt is made with the same traditional method used for centuries, and is both organic and kosher certified.
