Before grilling or after?

It smells wonderful but you need to put a lot on the meat in order to taste it. Have not tried it but maybe sprinkle on meat after cooking.

Use on EVERYTHING!

I had to order 2 additional jars of this—my husband took one with him on his fishing trip to Canada. We use on burgers, steaks, pork chops, and chicken. Even great on French fries and casseroles. We love the smoky flavor.

Finally

I have had tried many smoked salts and they were either too salty, the smoke flavor was overpowering or there was barely any smoke flavor at all. This blend is perfect. It’s a great balance of both salt and smokiness.
