About This Blend
This is a meat-lover's dream seasoning. The smokiness with the garlic-pepper flavor enhances any cut of meat you are shaking it on. This blend was previously called "Chicago Steak Seasoning."
Monosodium glutamate, pepper, salt, garlic, worcestershire (maltodextrin, distilled vinegar, molasses, corn syrup, salt, caramel color, garlic, sugar, tamarind, natural flavor, sulfiting agents, silicon dioxide), hickory smoke salt (salt, smoke flavor, silicon dioxide), sugar, lemon juice powder (corn syrup, lemon juice, lemon oil), silica (as anti-caking), celery, basil.

This is the best seasoning for beef, pork, and eggs (yes, eggs!) that I have found. Not just beef steaks either, it is wonderful when used on roasts as well. It has a wonderful balance of saltiness and smokiness, and we use it almost exclusively when grilling. Highly recommended!
