Our Taylor Street Garlic & Herb seasoning is named for a Chicago neighborhood with a long history of Italian campanilismo, or “sense of place.” That feeling remains to this day in the many bakeries, pizzerias and delicatessens who flourish there. This blend makes the best garlic bread we know of (just sprinkle on buttered bread and bake) or in breading for chicken, steaks, eggplant, or zucchini. For Sicilian-style breading, mix 2 tablespoons spices into 1 cup of plain breadcrumbs. Rub a bit of vegetable oil into the meat to help the crumbs stick better. Ingredients: Romano cheese powder (milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes), salt, garlic, pepper, scallions, basil, parsley.

This stuff is great. Not only garlic bread but wonderful on eggs, great on fried eggplant, and delicious on fish too. A staple seasoning.
I make a lot of garlic bread around here, but per my best taster Alex, this is hands down the best. Unbelievably good. Ordering a few flat packs now because the jar won't last long. Excited to make some chicken parmesan and use for the breading.
This is amazing, top off a dish, sprinkle on popcorn, or mix with noodles for a quick meal.
I love this stuff! I use it in breading, as a topping, in sauces, and I make the world’s best garlic cheese bread with this and the pizza seasoning. It has the perfect blend of herbal, cheesy, garlicky, and salty flavors.
