Name: Lin's Blue cheese dressing
Ingredients: 1/2 cup mayonnaise; 1/2 cup yogurt or sour cream; 2 tablespoons chunky blue cheese; The Spice House Taylor Street Garlic & Herb Seasoning (1 teaspoon); optional Worcestershire sauce

This is good over spinach and bacon salad.

Ingredients

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup yogurt or sour cream
2 tablespoons chunky blue cheese
1 teaspoon Taylor Street Cheese Sprinkle
optional Worcestershire sauce

Preparation Instructions:

Mix mayo and yogurt/sour cream.

Add Taylor street cheese sprinkle.

Mix together.

Thin with water or cream if it's too thick.

Add blue cheese chunks.

Optional, add a dash of Worcestershire sauce.

More About This Recipe

Add about 2 tablespoons of Blue Cheese Powder to 1 cup mayo/yogurt mixture, but you can add more if you like it stronger.

I made this dressing yesterday for dinner and it was as good if not better then the one I buy. I was very happy with it and glad I bought the two spices to make it from The Spice House. I recommend this dressing recipe and intend to continue making it as opposed to buying ready made dressing. It’s better and less expensive plus you know what you are putting into it as well.
