
Home-made Bar-b-qued Chicken
This versatile blend is our best-selling all-purpose seasoning. Use it on fried or baked chicken, hamburgers, steamed vegetables, steaks, ribs, chicken soup, pork roast, sandwiches, or eggs. Use about 1 teaspoon per pound for meats, and 1 teaspoon per cup for soups or stews. This blend was previously called 'Old World Central Street Seasoning, Salt-Free.' Ingredients: Paprika, spices, garlic, onion, cane sugar, shallots, citric acid, turmeric, parsley, arrowroot.
I use this on ribs and roasted potatoes and it is a family favorite. It has just enough kick to keep it interesting without being spicy.

This is my go-to spice because it works so well in a variety of dishes, from eggs to chili. It's not overpowering or hot, it just adds a nice burst of flavor. I appreciate that it's salt free, as I can use more without making the dish overly salty.
