When we asked the meatloaf mavens, 'What's the secret to a delicious Midwestern meatloaf?' this seasoning was their answer. Use it on fried or baked chicken, hamburgers, steamed vegetables, steaks, ribs, chicken soup, pork roast, sandwiches, or eggs.
Use about 1 teaspoon per pound for meats, and 1 teaspoon per cup for soups or stews. This blend was previously called 'Old World Central Street Seasoning, Salt-Free.'
Customers appreciate this seasoning for its versatility and robust flavor, making it an excellent choice for a variety of dishes, from meats to vegetables. Many highlight its salt-free nature as a significant advantage, allowing for health-conscious cooking without compromising taste. It has become a staple in many kitchens.

Great flavor
Used when cooking chicken. Love the fact there is no salt but still great flavor. Can’t wait to try with other meats and veggies.

Ground beef must
I initially used in meatloaf. Then in burgers. This last time was added to ground beef and onions used in baked spaghetti. Rave reviews from the crowd! Balanced taste no matter how much I add. It just tastes better!!!

All of the spices!
I was given my first set of your spices for Christmas and love all of them! I have ordered and have visited your store in Naperville, IL while visiting my son and purchased a large variety of spices and they are wonderful. We live in Florida and I wish we had a store here. I will be back the next time we visit our son!
