Named in honor of the home country of the family that would go on to open The Spice House; Ukrainian Village seasoning is good on just about any style of chicken. Shake it on before baking, or mix 2 tablespoons per cup of flour for dredging chicken before frying. Good for almost any type of vegetable, eggs, hamburgers, popcorn, or french fries. Make stale bread into seasoned croutons by cutting it into cubes, tossing in a little oil and then Ukrainian Village Seasoning and baking at 350 degrees until toasted (5-10 minutes). Ingredients: Kosher salt, garlic, onion, bell peppers, pepper.
