This is our classic blend for a holiday turkey. The coarse grind of this blend ensures slow flavor release into oven-roasted meats like turkey, goose, duck, and chicken. Hunters will love this blend too, as the coriander and orange pair well with the gaminess of venison and wild fowl.
Rub one teaspoon per pound onto your meat before roasting, and remember to baste frequently while cooking.
