Amazing aroma and taste
I love this granulated, toasted onion. I use it interchangeably with regular granulated onion. I keep jars of both at all times, along with regular and roasted granulated garlic. I buy the 8oz flat packs and then pour into a smooth-sided canning jar with a plastic screw top.
